Wellbeing Walk and Talk

Brough & South Cave Medical Practice are helping people to put their best foot forward to improve health and wellbeing by organising regular walks. There is no need to book, just inform the walk leader on arrival. All walks start promptly at 2pm and last for one hour.

1st Tuesday of the month - Welton Village Green

2nd Wednesday of the month - North Cave Wetlands car park

3rd Tuesday of the month - The Half Moon Inn, Elloughton

4th Wednesday of the month - The Bear Public House, South Cave

Wear suitable footwear and bring water and waterproofs. Everyone is responsible for their own safety.
