Annual Parish Meeting 16 April 2013 - There is a duty under the Local Government Act 1972 Sch 12 Para 14 for residents to hold an Annual Town Meeting (annual assembly) of local government electors. An annual meeting must be held to maintain the civil parish status of Elloughton-cum-Brough. It is not a Town Council meeting but if the Chairman of the Town Council is present the Act states that they must chair the meeting. Minutes:
